Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Sales Manager to join our team at GIR Logistics Pvt Ltd. As the Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities within the branch. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with key clients. This role offers senior-level responsibilities and requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools
- Highly motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and goals for the branch
- Manage and lead a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the branch's customer base
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to ensure the branch remains competitive
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support overall business objectives
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
