Position: Inside Sales Specialist

Department: Sales

Location: Remote

Reports to: Sales Manager / Sales Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will play a key role in supporting our sales strategy and ensuring that our company achieves its revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
  • Conduct virtual meetings or calls to present products/services to potential clients.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations based on client needs.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Sales Support & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads and opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and goals.
  • Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
