Job Overview

Muhavra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Barista for Blue Tokai Coffee. The position is available in Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore Urban, and Noida. This role is suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the coffee industry. Both full-time and part-time employment options are available.

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer service experience in a high-volume setting (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in milk steaming techniques (Mandatory skill).
• Strong attention to detail (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and preparation methods.
• Experience in cash handling and operating point of sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to Blue Tokai Coffee standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment.
• Handle customer transactions and manage cash register operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any issues to the management.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to avoid shortages.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously to ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and customer experience.
