Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi or Gurgaon. This full-time position plays a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, leading our sales team, and ensuring accurate forecasting. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development (Mandatory skill)
  • Effective team leadership skills with a track record of managing sales teams (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and meeting targets (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals efficiently
  • Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and identify opportunities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members
  • Problem-solving aptitude with the capability to handle obstacles in the sales process


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met
  • Forecast sales performance and adjust tactics to improve outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the senior management team
