Job Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager Human Resources to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, focusing on key skills such as employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting an engaging and compliant work environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in employee relations to foster a positive and forward-thinking workforce (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid experience in performance management to align employee activities with organizational goals (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution to handle and resolve employee disputes effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in recruitment to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Knowledge in training and development to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Understanding of HR policies to ensure organizational compliance and efficient HR operations.
  • Capability in organizational development to improve workplace efficiency and culture.
  • Awareness of labor law compliance to ensure all company practices adhere to regulatory requirements.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement effective employee relations strategies to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and developmental plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution, mediating disputes and ensuring amicable solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and capabilities.
  • Review and update HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance with current laws and practices.
  • Foster organizational development initiatives to optimize internal processes and enhance company culture.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to the management team.
