Job Overview

We are currently hiring for the role of Process Associate - (Australian Voice Process) in our company Blue Matrix Connect. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling voice-based customer support interactions for our Australian clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a voice-based customer support environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints with empathy and patience
• Experience in lead generation will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or product recommendations

Shift Timing - 5 am - 2 pm

Location - Hebbal Kempapura

Monday to Friday
