Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 year to maximum 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in lead generation and sales
• Comfortable with international voice and outbound calling
• Prior experience in BPO industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales
• Utilize communication skills to engage effectively with potential clients
• Support back-office functions like data scrubbing, validation, and analysis
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and goals
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Job Location - Kempapura Hebbal

Shift Time - 5am - 2 pm

WFO - Monday - Friday

Salary - 3LPA - 4.5 LPA
