Job Overview

We are hiring a Process Associate to join our team at Blue Matrix Connect. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for performing Lead Generation role for Australian clients. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of voice and accent training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in BPO industry is a plus
