Minimum 3 years in client services and/or mortgage industry

• Experienced knowledge of the mortgage process

• Ability to follow and improve established processes to support a portfolio of warehouse lending clients in processing a high volume of client communications

• High degree of organization to track the status of complex projects at various degrees of completion

• Ability to interact with team leads and use judgment to escalate issues and ask question

• Ability to manage competing priorities on concurrent projects, initiatives and deliverables

• Ability to mentor and train other team members on daily roles and responsibilities

• Strong grasp of business writing skills

• Experienced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Excel and Word
