Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation - Process Associate to join our team at Blue Matrix Connect. As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating leads for our clients. This is a full-time position with junior level requirements and is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or international voice process.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in a voice process or outbound sales role is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Good organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify potential leads and prospects
• Qualify leads through effective probing and questioning techniques
• Collect and document accurate information from leads in our CRM system
• Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into prospects
