Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of International Voice Process in Blue Matrix Connect. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle international voice calls for lead generation.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice process or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of US process and international calling is a plus.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals.
