Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. This position is available in Chennai and Bangalore with flexible employment types, including Full-Time, Remote, Contract, Part-Time, Fixed-Term-Employment, and Hybrid options. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in programming and data analysis.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Programming (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in one or more programming languages and the ability to understand and evaluate technical job roles.
  • Data Analysis (Mandatory skill): Strong analytical skills to assess candidate data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Database Management: Knowledge of managing and querying databases to extract relevant information.
  • Network Security: Understanding of network security practices to identify suitable candidates for security-related roles.
  • System Administration: Familiarity with system administration tasks to better evaluate candidates for such roles.
  • Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud platforms and services to recruit candidates with cloud expertise.
  • Web Development: Understanding of web development technologies to accurately screen web developers.
  • Cybersecurity: Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices to assess candidates for security positions.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit technical candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates to match them with the company's needs in IT solutions and services.
  • Coordinate and conduct technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and advise on market trends.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
  • Participate in job fairs and tech meetups to network with potential candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in creating and modifying job descriptions based on technical skill requirements.
