RESPONSIBILITIES FOR VISUAL BASIC DEVELOPER:

• Perform software development using Access – Visual Basic (VBA) and SQL.
• Contribute to application design to ensure functional requirements are fulfilled, the user interface is user friendly and reports provide the appropriate information.
• Translate functional requirements and detailed specifications into functional application code.
• Perform unit and system testing to ensure the designed functionality works correctly.
• Present final product to demonstrate functional capability and correct functioning.

JOB EXPERIENCE FOR VISUAL BASIC DEVELOPER:

• Able to quickly develop an understanding of applicable data sources, tables, and data relationships.
• Strong design skills for user interface screens, process logic and reports.
• Ability to translate design specifications into functional and efficient code.
• Problem solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Access using VBA and SQL
• Experience and demonstrated expertise in importing and exporting Excel and Word form files from an application developed using VBA
