Designation: Power BI Developer

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts in the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions using Power Platform tools.

Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Power BI for data visualization, Power Automate for workflow automation, Power Apps for custom application development, and SQL for data manipulation and storage.

Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Design and optimize data models, dataflows, and dashboards within Power BI to deliver insightful and actionable analytics.

Develop custom connectors, APIs, and integrations to connect Power Platform solutions with external systems and data sources.

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Power Platform applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Stay updated with the latest developments in Power Platform technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Power Platform technologies including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL.

Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts.

Proficiency in SQL querying, stored procedures, and database design.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer) are a plus.
