Job Title: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Identify and target potential industrial clients in various sectors.

- Market Analysis:
- Research and analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for new business and upselling existing accounts.
- Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Create and execute action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on products and services.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial sales or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
