§ Business / Market research and Data analytics including aggregating and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, while synthesizing various elements and insights at the strategic level

• Determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems via consultation with different stakeholders
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and statistics, with the goal of identifying solutions and opportunities for growth, business development, and new products

§ Support business strategy, business development, brand building, and transformation initiatives as required

§ Support in identifying problems and implementing process improvements and efficiencies

§ Comprehend impactors that drive demand and supply, cost efficiency, brand and product differentiation, customer loyalty, new opportunities, operations, procurement, and interdependencies between business verticals, thereby, connect the dots to gain insights into the bigger picture

§ Support in preparing high-end PowerPoint presentations, compiling information and report writing

§ Support and participate in strategic and operational meetings as required. Compile key meeting points in a systematic manner and circulate to relevant stakeholders for further actions

§ Tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items / deliverables

Preferred qualification and desirable attributes in the candidate

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics (5-7 years experience)

§ MBA in Operations/SCM/Finance/General Management preferred (3-5 years experience)

• Well-versed in data analytics, statistics and forecasting methodologies
• Well-versed in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, visualization tools (Dashboards, Power BI/Tableau)

§ Ability to quickly grasp and understand the business environment, market trends, competition, feasibility, end-use applications, and new developments

• Self-starter, capable of working autonomously and a creative thinker
• Comfortable in a fluid, high-change environment
• Good communication skills
