Core Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the acquisition of small to large corporates for various banking-related products
  • Enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships
  • Enhancing/ maintaining relationships with banks and deriving leads from them
  • Build relationships with Bankers, CA and other NBFCs to generate leads
  • Achieving the targeted growth in revenue and market share
  • Scanning the market for potential leads, targeting, and converting the same into business for the company
  • Manage lead generation by working on databases/referrals
  • Negotiate and close mandates with a potential client


Technical Skills Required:


  •  Capability to do direct sourcing
  •  Basic understanding of the balance sheet
  •  Knowledge of Banking Products/Rating Products
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel


People Skills Required:


  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Willing to travel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
