Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the acquisition of small to large corporates for various banking-related products
- Enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships
- Enhancing/ maintaining relationships with banks and deriving leads from them
- Build relationships with Bankers, CA and other NBFCs to generate leads
- Achieving the targeted growth in revenue and market share
- Scanning the market for potential leads, targeting, and converting the same into business for the company
- Manage lead generation by working on databases/referrals
- Negotiate and close mandates with a potential client
Technical Skills Required:
- Capability to do direct sourcing
- Basic understanding of the balance sheet
- Knowledge of Banking Products/Rating Products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
People Skills Required:
- Ability to build relationships.
- Willing to travel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
