Position : Relationship Manager 

No of Position : 15 openings

Department : Sales 

Reports to : sales manager/TL

Work Hours : 9:30am to 6:30 pm

Weekoffs  : Tuesday(6days working)

location- Bangalore

Must have realestate exp and field sales.

Salary - 35000/- max and also incentive based on performance.

every 3months hike on salary based on performance.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in realestate sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

4. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the industry and its products/services.

- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers or site visits.

Working Conditions:

- This role is primarily office-based but may require weekly travel to meet with clients.

- May involve working outside of regular business hours to accommodate customer needs or deadlines.
