Introducing Tab-based Hiring Stages

We've replaced the old candidate list with a horizontal, tab-based view - instantly showing your entire hiring pipeline. Now, each stage (Source, Screening, Interview, Offer, etc.) has live candidate counts right at the top. Filters apply automatically in the initial stages and clear out downstream, aligning perfectly with your workflow.

Why we built it

Instant pipeline clarity: The old filterable list made it hard to grasp the full hiring funnel. We wanted you to see every stage, and the number of candidates in each - the moment you open a job. A clear pipeline view means faster, better decisions.

Stage‑specific focus: At the top of the funnel you need tight filters, downstream you want the full picture. Tabs pre‑apply your saved filters only in the Source stage and keep later stages open - mirroring how recruiters actually work.

What it is

Your job dashboard now shows horizontal, Kanban‑style tabs. Each tab is a stage (Sourced, Screening, Interview, Offer, etc.) with a live candidate count – for example 21 • 3 • 8. No more guessing where talent sits.

How it works

  • Sourced stage auto‑applies your saved filters so you start with a curated list.
  • As you move down‑stream, filters are off by default, giving an open view of everyone in that stage.
  • You can still refine any stage with filters whenever you need.
  • Scroll sideways if you have many custom stages – everything stays in one clean line.

Try it out

Open any job, update candidate stages, browse different stages, and get a feel of the flow. We’re working towards richer context for the later hiring stages to save you even more clicks. Let us know what you think!
