What is new
Template picker in composer Select a template while composing candidate emails.
Create your own templates Name it, write the subject and body, and save.
Variables Use placeholders to auto insert candidate or job context in both subject and body. Examples
Org wide sharing Admins can mark a template as available to everyone in the org. Recruiters can create personal templates.
AI assist Ask AI to create an outreach email from scratch or rewrite the current body with a more personalized note.
How it works
Pick a template In the email flow, use the new Template field to insert a saved template.
Create or edit From Templates, add a name, subject, and body. Insert variables where needed.
Share If you are an admin, toggle make available org wide to publish for all users.
Use AI In the composer, choose create with AI or rewrite with AI and provide short instructions.
Permissions and access
- Admins can create, edit, delete, and publish org wide templates.
- Recruiters can create, edit, and delete their own templates. They cannot publish org wide.
