We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate for enrolling students to join our Academy. You will be responsible for growing our student base and building strong relations with our existing clients. This role requires a strong flare for sales and customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to generate leads and schedule sales meetings

2. Present and attend inquiries from/to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of taking the various courses at our Academy

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers or parents in target clients, nurturing leads and guiding them through the admission process

4. Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to ensure effective sales strategies, coordinate efforts, and achieve sales targets

5. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders

6. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
