Job Overview
Blitz Academy is seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including payroll, recruiting, performance management, leave management, strategic human resource planning, and compliance management. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The role is based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Specialist, with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of performance management systems.
- Familiarity with leave management processes and regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Certifications in HR management will be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Perform employee training programs
- Administer payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Handle all aspects of attendance and leave management, including tracking, approvals, and documentation.
- Conduct strategic human resource planning to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
