Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and HR software systems
• Strong understanding of labor legislation and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certification in HR or SHRM-CP is a plus
