Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team at Blitz Academy's Ernakulam location. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team to achieve established targets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales strategy development and implementation to meet revenue objectives.
  • Customer relationship management to maintain and grow client base.
  • Team leadership (Mandatory skill) to guide and motivate the sales team.
  • Proven negotiation skills to close deals effectively and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Forecasting and market analysis to predict sales trends and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
