Job Overview

We are seeking a Placement Officer to join our team at Blitz Academy. As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for assisting students and graduates in finding suitable employment opportunities. This is a Full-Time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent communication, relationship building, data analysis, problem solving, corporate relations, and presentation skills.

• Assist students in finding suitable job opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies to generate placement opportunities
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential employers
• Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to match students with relevant job vacancies
• Provide guidance and support to students in preparing resumes, cover letters, and job applications
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between students and potential employers
• Track and report placement data and statistics
• Stay up-to-date with industry requirements and job market changes
