Roles and Responsibilities

• Organize and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives.
• Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding career choices and job search strategies.
• Assist in resume writing, interview preparation, and other job-related skills training.
• Track and report career placement data, including job placement rates and alumni success stories.
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure curriculum aligns with industry requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and employer expectations.
