Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our organization. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational activities, implementing strategies to improve productivity, and optimizing processes to achieve organizational goals. This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

Education: MBA in HR or Finance prefer

Experience: 7 to 10 years (Service industry)

Preferably from Ltd or Pvt Ltd or LLP working experience

Salary: According to industry standard

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures
• Optimize resource utilization and ensure effective allocation
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance and productivity
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Manage and resolve operational issues and conflicts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management
