Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP/HVAC Faculty to join our team at Blitz Academy. As an educational institution specializing in technical courses, we provide training and certification in various fields, including oil & gas, logistics, MEP, QA/QC, and NDT. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in MEP/HVAC to our students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in the field of MEP/HVAC
• Strong knowledge and expertise in MEP/HVAC concepts and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively present complex information to students
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate students
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions on MEP/HVAC concepts to students
• Prepare and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and evaluate their understanding of the subject
• Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and career development
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in MEP/HVAC
• Conduct research and contribute to the development of educational resources and programs
• Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to enhance the learning experience
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities
