Job Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to join our team at Blitz Academy. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our educational institution. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing
• Strong creativity and communication skills
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics
• Experience in content development for digital marketing
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Proven track record in lead generation and conversion
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Blitz Academy's courses and programs
• Travel and organize promotional events in Colleges, Institutions, and Public places like Malls and other Organizations for Lead Generation.
• Focus on Lead Generation is a must and mandatory.
• Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education industry
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments
• Stay updated on industry news and competitors' activities to ensure Blitz Academy's marketing strategies are competitive
• Assist in organizing events and seminars to promote Blitz Academy's brand and increase awareness
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and educational institutions
• Monitor and report on marketing activities and results to the management team
