Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Course Counselor to join our team at Blitz Academy in Cochin, Kerala. As a Course Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in selecting the right courses and programs based on their educational background and career goals. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding course selection and program suitability
• Assist prospective students in understanding the benefits and advantages of various courses offered by Blitz Academy
• Conduct detailed assessments of students' educational background, career aspirations, and interests to recommend suitable courses
• Liaise with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the courses, programs, and industry trends
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of counseling techniques and strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions
• Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote the courses and programs offered by Blitz Academy
• Track and report on the progress of students and provide feedback on their academic performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to attract prospective students
