Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Blitz Academy. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the education industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education or training sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential students/clients in the education and training sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students/clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Understand student's/client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential students/clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals(number of Admissions)
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients
- Stay updated with industry developments and changes in the education sector
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EdTech Industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Good understanding of the education industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
