Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Academic Advisor to join our team at Blitz Academy. As an Academic Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and career endeavors. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess excellent interpersonal communication, career counseling, convincing skills, new business development, strategic negotiations, and creative strategy. Strong batch scheduling skills will also be an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide students in selecting courses and planning their academic journey
• Provide personalized academic and career counseling to students
• Assist students in setting academic and career goals
• Conduct workshops and seminars on topics related to academic success
• Help students develop strategies for time management and study skills
• Monitor students' academic progress and intervene when necessary
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the student experience
• Stay up-to-date with educational trends and program requirements
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
