Job Overview

We are seeking an Academic Counselor to join our team at Blitz Academy. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding and advising students on academic matters and helping them make informed decisions about their career. This role is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience. The job location is Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students on academic matters, course selection, and career paths.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the courses and programs offered by Blitz Academy.
• Assist students in understanding the admission requirements and application processes.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students identify their academic goals and develop personalized plans.
• Assess students' interests, skills, and abilities to recommend suitable courses and career options.
• Monitor students' progress and provide guidance for improvement.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success and satisfaction.
• Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and seminars.
• Maintain records of student interactions, inquiries, and outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in educational policies.
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of Blitz Academy's academic counseling services.
