Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Hotel Bliss Tirupati. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services and facilities to corporate clients and travel agencies. This is a full-time position based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India, and is perfect for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Actively promote and sell hotel services, facilities, and event spaces to potential clients through various channels such as email, phone calls, and in-person meetings
- Effectively communicate and negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution for corporate clients
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the management team
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any client queries or issues
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the hotel and build network connections
