Role and Responsibilities 

• Guide the team development towards successful project delivery. 
• Provide technical leadership to team members through coaching and mentorship. 
• Prevent and solve any conflict or issue that may arise. 
• Guide developers in the design and implementation of the solution. 
• Develop the most critical components of the system. 
• Make suggestions about the best alternatives for considering engineering and business aspects. 
• Scheduling and designation of project tasks to team members 
• Execution of each phase of the project 
• Collaborating with Project Managers or Department heads to achieve a common goal. 
• Maintain project time frames, budget estimates, and status reports. 
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. 
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects. 
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones. 
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.

Technical Skills 

• Solid understanding of web development principles and practices 
• Agile development team experience 
• Demonstrated experience using Angular frameworks. 
• Solid front-end development skills and experience, including Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3 
• Solid knowledge of C#.NET, ASP.MVC and LINQ 
• Experience creating and managing REST APIs 
• Robust SQL or PostgreSQL experience  
• Experience using Git and Visual Studio
