5. Involved in Providing Email and chat Customer support to External End Users and External Commercial Account End Users 4G network support across India.
6. Handling emails / chats resolving technical and customer service issues for telecom process.
7. Proficient in Connectivity telecom issues and customer service.
8. Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and support.

Job Requisite: Freshers | International BPO Experience.

Job Requirement: Flexible to work in rotational [24]7 shifts | 5 days working with 2 split leaves/ 2 way transport.
