As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive business-to-business sales growth, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. You will be a key player in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
*Run and manage the full sales cycle, from placing outbound phone calls(cold calling) customers to negotiating and closing out the sales process.
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
*Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
*Analyze sales data and trends to create accurate sales forecasts, helping to optimize inventory and resource allocation.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships and expanding the customer base.
*Possess a deep understanding of the company's products or services, providing expertise during client interactions and addressing customer inquiries.
*Prepare regular reports on sales performance, presenting findings to the leadership team, and recommending adjustments as needed.
*Work within allocated budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales targets.
*Utilize CRM database to track activities,update data and competitive information.
Key Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
*5+ years experience in HR Recruiting section.
*Familiarity with Hiring platform and a keen understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
*Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
*Passion for your work, a true team player and a sense of humor.
*Age:Between 27 to 32.
