Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spares Manager to join our team at BJR Group. As the Spares Manager, you will be responsible for managing the spares inventory, coordinating with the shop floor team, ensuring timely orders, and maintaining inventory control. This is a full-time position based in Warangal, Telangana, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in managing spares inventory
  • Strong knowledge of spares management, including target achievements and stock control
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with the shop floor team to understand spares requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate stock checks and audits
  • Proficient in using inventory management systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the spares inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
  • Coordinate with the shop floor team to identify spares requirements
  • Place timely and accurate orders to ensure uninterrupted supply of spares
  • Monitor stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses
  • Conduct perpetual inventory checks to ensure accuracy
  • Perform regular stock audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements
