Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Spare Parts segment
  • Lead and motivate sales team to achieve targets
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Forecast sales and set targets for the team
  • Provide sales training to enhance team performance
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence
