Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in production management
• Strong experience in managing and handling manpower & workload
• Ability to coordinate with all departments and stakeholders
• Proficient in material stock management for production
• Attention to detail and ability to check quality in day-to-day processes
• Excellent planning skills to schedule production efficiently
• Required knowledge on various types of vehicle fabrications such as angular, closed body, high deck and customized.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and handle manpower & workload effectively
• Coordinate with all departments to streamline production processes
• Manage product-related issues and ensure timely resolution
• Manage material stock effectively for uninterrupted production flow
• Check quality in day-to-day processes and implement improvements
• Plan production as per schedule to meet deadlines
• Estimation of Work
• Planning of task/Activity as per schedule.
• Dealing with clients , Vendors.
• Managing production on shop floor.
• Equipment Erection and alignment.
• Handling sales closure calls,
• Reporting P&L accounts on periodical basis to senior management
