Inventory Procurement, Inventory planning, analysis, Inventory tracking and control(inventory cycle counts, perpetual inventory),non moving stock liquidation, Inventory MIS, team management, cost control. 

●     Ensure all transactions of Receipt and issue entered in SAP.

●     Monitoring and managing inward and outward, documentations, storage, and spare parts.

●     Proper checking of incoming material and document.

●     Ensure Smooth and proper functioning of warehouse.

●     All over warehouse control activity Receiving and outgoing spare parts in SAP

●     Receipts entry of Inward, IHB allotment register and preparation of Request cum report MRR’s for Incoming spares.{Through SAP,ERP}

●     Preparation of MRR’s and posting of stock ledgers. (Through SAP and ERP).

●     Responsible for posting of SIR’s and updating of Bin cards for receipts and Issues of Spare Parts as per SIR (Stores issue Requisition)

●     Responsible of Inward/outward spares Reconciliation in ERP.

●     To ensure sufficient stock of spares as per process furnishes.

●     Ensure timely GRN, inspection and delivery to inventory of incoming spares

●     Periodically physically verification of spares.

●     Ensuring timely submission of post invoice to account dept. For arrange spares received.

●     Targeted reduction on transit damaged claims pertaining to packaging flaws.

●     Prepare and maintain budget for inventory and consumption

●     Maintaining day to day close coordination with colleagues& all section heads.

●     Coordination with Purchase and all with warehouse in-charge for on time and right procurement of spares.

●     To maintain warehouse Space utilization, proper Storage in Location with spares identification numbers.

●     RGP and NRGP preparation as per request of user dept.

●     Scrap generation in ERP

●     MIS Report ( Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Instant )
