Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and assessment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Lead the QA team in the implementation of quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and design specifications.
• Analyze testing results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior QA engineers in testing techniques and methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance testing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
