Job Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ professional for a Mid-Level position in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural. This is a Full-Time, Contract-To-Hire position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at Salesforce configuration and integration, with a strong understanding of CPQ implementation and sales processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in Salesforce Configuration, Price Rules, and Salesforce Integration (Mandatory skill).
- Strong expertise in CPQ Implementation to streamline and optimize sales quoting processes efficiently.
- Proficient in managing Product Catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information within the system.
- Effective in Quote Generation, leveraging Salesforce CPQ to produce accurate and timely customer quotes.
- Comprehensive understanding of Sales Processes, enabling smooth integration of CPQ into existing workflows.
- Exceptional Problem Solving skills, with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insights to inform strategic business decisions and optimizations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs and optimize operational efficiencies.
- Implement and manage Price Rules to ensure accurate pricing and discounting in sales transactions.
- Facilitate seamless Salesforce Integration with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality and data flow.
- Assist in Product Catalog Management, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of product offerings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to refine Quote Generation processes for improved time-to-quote delivery.
- Analyze sales processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Identify and address system issues promptly, providing solutions that align with business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet business objectives.
