Job Overview

BIZTECHNOSYS is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position involves working closely with our sales and client management teams to drive business growth via strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in IT consulting and ERP solutions to strengthen our market presence.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Python Programming: Ability to write clean, efficient code to support sales analytics functions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Data Visualization: Expertise in transforming data into insightful visual representations. (Mandatory skill)
  • Predictive Modeling: Experience in developing models that predict sales trends and outcomes. (Mandatory skill)
  • Statistical Analysis: Proficient in interpreting data and creating actionable insights to optimize sales results.
  • Big Data: Familiarity with big data tools and techniques to analyze large sets of data.
  • CRM: Experience in managing customer relationships using CRM software to enhance client engagement.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical skills: Strong ability to overcome challenges with creative and analytical solutions.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Skilled in establishing and nurturing professional relationships to expand business opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure comprehensive client solutions and product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competently present technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting BIZTECHNOSYS's solutions to prospective clients.
  • Support the marketing team by providing input into sales tools and promotional materials.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales processes and regularly update CRM systems.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote BIZTECHNOSYS offerings.
