Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position, ideal for candidates with up to 8 years of experience. The role requires expertise in quality assurance and testing, critical for ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions. As a key player, you will collaborate closely with various teams to uphold our standards and meet client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill) and Testing (Mandatory skill) methods and processes.
• Strong analytical thinking abilities, enabling the identification and resolution of complex testing scenarios and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail for thorough testing processes, ensuring all software deliverables meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Excellent documentation skills to clearly record bug reports, test cases, test results and other quality-related documentation.
• Proficient in process improvement techniques ensuring continuous enhancement of quality assurance processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Experience with Automation Testing and familiarity with tools and frameworks like Cypress to streamline testing processes and enhance test coverage.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, conveying testing updates and quality insights.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of all software deliverables aligns with client expectations.
• Identify, document, and track defects using structured testing methodologies to ensure timely resolution and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design effective testing protocols for each release.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing, utilizing extensive knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as Cypress.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA practices and process efficiency to enhance product quality and team effectiveness.
• Communicate detailed feedback on test results and quality metrics to project stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
• Mentor junior QA team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment geared towards quality improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to incorporate the latest testing strategies and tools into the QA process.
