We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics practice. As a Power BI

Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions using Power BI to deliver

insightful reports and dashboards to various clients. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers,

and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure the successful delivery of analytical solutions.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months+ (C2H / Full time)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

• Gather and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Build data models to provide actionable insights into key business metrics.

• Develop efficient DAX queries for dynamic and interactive dashboards.

• Optimize data models and queries for maximum performance and scalability.

• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI reports into existing systems.

• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end users.

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve BI solutions.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.

• Experience in data visualization best practices and design principles.

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

• Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and develop technical solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Experience with SQL databases and data integration processes is a plus.

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (DA-100) is desirabl
