Job Overview

This Senior IBM BPM position at BIZTECHNOSYS offers the opportunity to work remotely and is a Contract-To-Hire or Contract role. The position is available in multiple locations, including Bangalore Urban and Rural, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Noida, and Ahmedabad. The role requires a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience in IBM BPM and related technologies. As a senior-level position, the candidate will be expected to leverage their expertise in IBM BPM to contribute significantly to enterprise-level projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (Mandatory skill), essential for designing and implementing BPM solutions.
• Experience with CP4BA (Mandatory skill) and Openshift and Containers (Mandatory skill) for integrating and managing BPM applications.
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) for automated workflow design and business process automation.
• Familiarity with IBM Integration Bus to facilitate seamless application integration and data flow between disparate systems.
• Expertise in WebSphere Application Server for developing, deploying, and managing dynamic web applications and services effectively.
• Understanding of Business Rules Management to automate decision-making and enhance business process adaptability and agility.
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP Web Services to enable interaction between diverse applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting, with strong communication skills for effective team coordination and project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement IBM BPM solutions that align with business goals and requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Integrate IBM BPM solutions with other systems using CP4BA, Openshift, and Containers for a unified and efficient application environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and design business processes using Business Process Execution Language (BPEL).
• Ensure seamless application integration and data sharing by configuring IBM Integration Bus according to project requirements.
• Develop and deploy web applications on the WebSphere Application Server to support enterprise-level initiatives.
• Implement and manage business rules using Business Rules Management solutions to support dynamic decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain RESTful and SOAP Web Services for efficient inter-application communication and data exchange.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill development.
