Telecalling Specialist [Female]


Job Description

The Telecalling Specialist plays a crucial role in generating new customer leads through targeted cold calls and managing initial contact with leads from the website, social media, and referrals. This role is vital for expanding the customer base and driving the company towards its sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to potential clients focusing on securing prospects interested in minimum orders of 1000 pieces.

- Lead Management: Process incoming inquiries from the website, social media, and referrals, capturing essential customer information and requirements.

- Data Entry: Accurately enter all relevant lead information into the CRM system (Odoo), ensuring that only potential leads with complete details such as quantity, product type, company name, address, contact person name, email, and phone number are recorded.

- Review Collection: Secure written Google reviews from customers post-fulfillment to enhance the company’s online reputation and visibility.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of new leads generated weekly with the specified minimum order quantity.

- Accuracy and completeness of data captured in the CRM.

- Number of Google reviews successfully collected.

Goals

- Daily: Conduct 100-150 calls with a strategic focus on quality leads.

- Weekly: Generate at least 25-30 qualified leads, each with potential orders of at least 1000 pieces.

- Monthly: Contribute significantly to achieving the company's sales target of 25 lacs.

Work Hours and Environment

- Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM with a flexible 40-minute lunch break and a 15-minute evening tea break. Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM with a 30-minute lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2 PM.

- Location: Hybrid position requiring travel to Andheri office for training and review meetings as needed.

- Office Address: HANDCRAFT Worldwide [HWW], 2nd Floor, Sindhudurg Bhavan, Above Grace Imperial Banquet Hall, 4 Bungalows, Lokhandwala Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053.

Incentive Structure

- Revenue from Cold Calls: 0.5% commission on revenue from customers acquired through cold calls.

- Revenue from Other Leads: 0.25% commission from leads via website, social media, or referrals. Note: These commissions are only applicable if the monthly revenue from the leads meets or exceeds 15 lacs out of the 25 lacs monthly target.

- Google Reviews: 100 INR per successful written review collected.

Required Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably with experience in lead generation and CRM systems.
