Needed a full time qualified or semi qualified person to help with Statutory Audits of LLPs and Private Limited Companies.

Job Description:

1) Accounting on Zoho/Tally

2) Finalisation of Accounts

3) Preparation of Financial Statements

4) Preparation of Computation

5) Preparation of Auditors Report and Directors Report

6) Filing of ITR

Accounting will be barely 10%

Work would mainly be audit and finalisation.

Only Private Limited and LLPs

On assignment basis for 1 - 2 months.
