Location - Mulund-(W) 

Position: CS Intern/Compliance Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Company Incorporation (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, etc).

2. Annual Returns (LLP 8, LLP 11, AOC 4, MGT 7, etc).

3. Maintaining records (BM, EGM, AGM, etc).

4. Share Transfer, Issue of Shares, etc.

5. Planning for ESOP, MSOP, CCPS, Debentures, iSAFE, etc.

6. RBI Compliances FLA, FCGPR, etc.

7. Drafting Contracts and Agreements.

8. Trademark applications and hearing

NOTE: 

 1.Candidate seeking for Full time Internship/CS Articleship can apply.

 2.Graduate Or CSEET can apply.
